Your Annual Retainer Agreements provides you first and foremost with a "License to Broadcast" the elements that we produce for you. It also usually provides for production of new imaging each month UP TO a certain number of points. Whether your actually have imaging produced during the month or not, you are still paying for the License to Broadcast. There is no rebate for months where you do not have any new imaging produced.
Upon Termination of your Agreement, the License to Broadcast the elements that we produced for you also Terminates and those elements will need to be removed from the air.
Annual Retainers are for a 1 year minimum Term, with Automatic Renewal on your Anniversary Date. If you choose not to renew, you need to provide us with written Notice of Cancellation no later than 90 days prior to your renewal date.
All legal issues relating to DSV Agreements are handled in the State of Florida, using State of Florida law.
