Barter is handled through a third party company that handles placing advertising on stations in exchange for a product of value.  If your station would like to barter for production or voice over services, you'd have to have a minimum AQH persons number in order for barter to make sense.  Depending upon that number, and the value of the service that you are looking to purchase, you'll be presented with a proposal to run "x" number of minutes of commercials per day in exchange for the service.  Contact Ed LaComb at ed@digitalsoundandvideo.com to find out if barter is right for you.
