We consider an Agreement with a station in a market cluster to be an Agreement that covers all stations in the cluster.  This is unique to Digital Sound & Video and a great option that clients seem to love.  If two stations have separate agreements in the same market cluster, you CAN swap and trade points between them if you like, however that will require a phone call or email to us with the request and it's something that we will handle manually at the end of the month when it comes time to account for where the points were used.  But the short answer is:  Yes, of course!
